My father taught me how to fix things around the house, change my car' s oil and build furniture. I took those skills with me into adulthood and have continued to use them to make my own home a cozy place where everything works and there isn' t ever something broken that' s not being fixed. I am independent, self- motivated and hard- working. I thrive on challenges both big and small because they allow me to practice my problem- solving skills and take pride in finding solutions. But don' t get me wrong I'm still a woman who enjoys being treated with respect and kindness by the men in my life. In my free time, you can find me working on DIY projects or gardening in my backyard. I love spending time outdoors and exploring new places, whether it' s hiking through the mountains or wandering around a new city. But even when indoors, there are always endless books waiting for me on my bookshelf or puzzles waiting for me on the table. Like many, music is an essential part of my life. There are few things more enjoyable than discovering new artists and going to concerts with friends or alone with that special someone. Overall, I am looking for someone who is just as motivated as I am while still being kind- hearted, down- to- earth and emotionally mature.
